How much will shipping cost?
This varies depending on where you are, how much you order, and how fast you want it delivered. You can use our automatic shipping calculator to determine your shipping costs before you place your order. Just place whatever you are interested in purchasing into your shopping cart. The calculator will then appear on the cart. Just select your country (and state, if applicable) and click calculate. You will be shown various shipping options available to you. -

All international orders shipped from J!NX may be subject to additional customs fees such as processing and brokerage fees, taxes or duties. We know this sucks, but we have absolutely zero control over these extra charges. We also have no idea what the customs fees and procedures are in your particular country so pretty please contact your local customs office for complete details. Any and all shipping costs charged by J!NX do not reflect any processing and brokerage fees, taxes or duties. If you are charged extra customs fees when you get your order you must pay them ! If you do not pay customs fees on your international order, it will be returned to J!NX and we will be charged those customs fees in addition to return shipping costs. As you may guess, this does not make us happy and in turn we will refuse to refund your money for any shipping charges, customs fees or the cost of your initial order if you don't pay the required customs fees when your order arrives. Unfortunately, international orders from J!NX may be delayed while being process by customs. If your order is running late, please call your local customs office first. They can hold any package indefinitely. They may hold your order until you pay the appropriate customs fees. Also, don't be alarmed if your local customs office sends you an invoice for incurred customs fees separately from your order. In some cases, an invoice may be sent to you several weeks after you receive your order so don't be surprised and don't be mad at us—you've been warned. Again, we cannot stress the importance of being familiar with your local customs procedures. Please call your local customs office for information to ensure a smooth and satisfying international J!NX exchange. -
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship international orders daily to locations around the world. We accept payment for international orders via PayPal, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX), Discover in the US, ELV and Direct Debit (Austria, Netherlands and Spain). -
On the international customs form, can you mark my order as a gift?
By law, we must mark all shipments as a Commercial Sample and declare the actual purchase price of the items. Doing otherwise is a violation of international regulations and can result in heavy fines for us. That in turn would lead to higher prices for you. That makes no one happy. -
How long does international shipping take?
This depends on several factors. For orders shipping to addresses outside of the USA, if all items in your order are in stock at the time you place your order, it will ship on the next business day. That does not mean that your order will arrive the day after you place your order, that just means that it will leave our office within one business day. From there, shipping time will depend on the method of shipping you selected. Global Express Mail normally takes 7-10 business days. Standard International shipping normally takes 10-15 business days. -
Why don't you ship to my country?
If you do not see your country in the drop-down list on our address form, please contact us via our help request form and we can get it added.
